Yes, but large companies have a real opportunity to distinguish themselves in spite of their bigness. If AT&T actually did something remarkable customer-service-wise like the companies mentioned, imagine how many eyebrows would be raised.

Even though big companies have the money and the resources, it’s hard to associate a face to the brand (unless it’s Apple of course). Startups have a real advantage when it comes to providing superior customer service. Hopefully more leverage it!
